1. Eligibility
Where a money-back guarantee is offered on a product, you may request a refund within the stated period from the initial purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registrations and transfers, SSL certificates, setup fees, and add-ons are non-refundable once provisioned, as these carry costs we cannot recover.
3. How to Request
Open a billing ticket from your client area to request a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit.
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of all services on your account.
